"I’m launching a cross-platform mobile app focused on seamless data subscription for major Nigerian telecom operators, with added support for electricity and internet bill payments. I need a production-ready Android and iOS build that users can download, register, fund their wallet, and complete any of those transactions in just a few taps.

Core requirements
• Data Subscription: pull real-time bundles, let users pick a network, enter a phone number, pay, and receive instant confirmation.
• Bill Payments: offer electricity (prepaid and post-paid meters) and internet service settlement through the same wallet flow.
• Wallet & Payment Gateway: integrate a well-documented Nigerian gateway (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave) so users can top-up with card, bank transfer, or USSD.
• Transaction History & Receipts: show status, reference IDs, and downloadable PDF receipts.
• Push Notifications: send purchase confirmations and low-wallet alerts.
• Basic Admin Panel: view users, balances, and logs, and manually mark or resolve failed transactions.
. Payback point: for every purchase , there should be 0.5 percent return to user payback wallet which can be used again to purchase .

Tech expectations
I’m open to Flutter, React Native, or another reliable cross-platform stack, provided it ships one codebase to both stores. Use Firebase, Supabase, or a comparable BaaS for auth and push if that speeds you up. Clean architecture, clear comments, and Git commits are a must so I can maintain the code later.

Deliverables
1. Source code and build-ready projects for Android & iOS.
2. Deployed admin dashboard (web or mobile web).
3. API or SDK documentation covering setup, endpoints, and environment variables.
4. Short Loom-style walkthrough of the build-and-release process.

Timeline: I’d like an initial test build within three months and store-ready submissions shortly after feedback rounds.
