Project description:
"I'm seeking an experienced developer or team to scope and quote the complete build of a custom web-based ordering and inventory platform for my growing multi-location retail business. Ideally, this will be built on a no-code or low-code platform, preferably Bubble but definitely open to suggestions. Automations may be handled in n8n.

Key Features:
Store-Level Portal:
Secure login for store users to view only their assigned products and submit weekly orders.

Admin Dashboard:
Corporate-level interface to add/edit products, assign product visibility by store, set par levels, and view/edit submitted orders.

Warehouse Automation:
Generate formatted .CSV or Excel files automatically for warehouse picking, with potential for a "fulfillment mode" to track order status.

Square Integration:
Sync product catalog and inventory levels. Calculate reorder quantities based on par – on-hand logic. Handle cycle counts and variance reporting.

Audit Logging & Reporting:
Change logs for products/orders. KPI dashboards showing top reordered items, variance trends, and performance indicators.

Alerts & Notifications:
Trigger notifications (email/SMS/Slack) for order submissions, inventory issues, or sync failures.

Scalability:
Must be built to handle thousands of products, hundreds of stores, and real-time usage without performance issues.

This is not a simple MVP. We are building a high-utility internal tool that must support thousands of products across dozens of retail locations. It should also feature automated exports and be future-ready for integration with Square.

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience with Bubble or similar no-code/low-code platforms
- Strong background in developing complex internal tools for multi-location businesses
- Expertise in setting up role-based access and comprehensive admin controls
- Ability to provide detailed scoping and accurate quoting for full builds
- Excellent project management skills to ensure timely and organized delivery
