"I need a lean MVP for a used-car marketplace that serves both individual sellers and professional dealers. The goal is to get a functional demo online quickly so I can validate demand before investing in extra bells and whistles.

Scope of this first phase
• User registration and login for buyers, private sellers, and dealers.
• Vehicle listing form with photos, price, mileage, and basic specs.
• Public catalogue with simple filters (make, model, price range).
• Bidding option on each listing, showing bid history to the seller and allowing them to accept or reject offers.
• Compact dashboard where sellers manage their ads and incoming bids.

Technical notes
A clean, mobile-friendly interface is a must, but an off-the-shelf template is fine. You’re free to use PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Django, or any mainstream stack—as long as the code is readable and easy to extend later. Please keep the database structure clear so future modules such as secure payments, advanced search filters, or user reviews can be bolted on without major rewrites.

Deliverables
1. Working web app deployed to my shared hosting (cPanel).
2. Zipped source code with a short README covering setup and config.
3. Brief walkthrough of key modules (video or document) so I can maintain the project.
