"I need a complete website built as a dedicated job-posting portal aimed primarily at employers. The layout, navigation, and workflows should make it effortless for HR teams to publish vacancies, review incoming résumés, and follow each candidate through the hiring pipeline.

Core features the finished site must include:
• Job posting with rich-text descriptions, categories, and status controls
• Secure résumé upload that stores files against each vacancy and candidate profile
• Applicant tracking that shows real-time stage progress and notes per applicant

Design priorities are a clean, responsive interface, intuitive dashboards for employers, and fast page loads across desktop and mobile. I’m open to your preferred stack—whether you lean on WordPress + plugins, Laravel, or a React/Node set-up—so long as the final build is easy for non-technical staff to manage.

Deliverables will be:
1. High-fidelity UI/UX mock-ups for approval
2. Fully coded, responsive website with the three features above working end-to-end
