1. **Resident Login/Register**

* Tenant logs into the Resident Portal using their account.

2. **Submit Maintenance Request**

* Fills out online form: Property/Unit, Issue Type, Priority, Description, and can upload photos/files.
* System saves request and sends an email to both tenant and admin.

3. **Admin Receives Notification**

* Admin gets an email when a new request is created.
* Can log in to see all work orders with details.

4. **Admin Updates Request**

* Can change status (New → In Progress → Completed → Closed).
* Can add notes or upload files (e.g., repair report).
* When status changes, tenant gets an email update.

5. **Resident Tracks Progress**

* Tenant logs in anytime to see all requests and their statuses.
* Can view admin comments or add follow-up info/photos.

6. **Completion**
