"Technical Specifications – TMS Beton Application

This application is designed for managing a concrete transport company with a fleet of 35 trucks. Its
goal is to automate the tracking of trips, revenues, expenses, profits, and maintenance, with an optional
integration of a companion Android app for drivers.
1. Desktop Application Module (Windows):
1 User login system (Admin / Employee)
2 Truck management: full tracking, mileage, maintenance status
3 Driver management: fixed salary of 6500 RON/month for at least 65 trips/month, driver-trip
association
4 Client management: name, contact details, revenue history
5 Trip entry: client, truck, driver, km, departure/arrival/unloading times, expenses per trip
6 Revenues: associate amount + client + truck
7 General expenses: insurance, road taxes, repairs, salaries, etc.
8 Maintenance & alerts: ITP expiration, RCA, road tax, service alerts (with automatic notifications)
9 Reporting periods: 01‒15 and 16‒31 of each month (custom financial reports)
10 Automatic profit calculation per truck, per month, per period
11 PDF and Excel report export

1 Simple interface for entering trip data
