"I’m ready to commission a web presence that makes it effortless for my clients to prepare and submit their tax information online. The site must be fully interactive, centred around purpose-built tax filing forms that guide users step by step. Clients also need a secure, straightforward way to upload supporting documents (PDFs, scans, spreadsheets, etc.) directly through the interface.

Because I’ve decided on open access, no login or password mechanism is required; the focus is on speed, clarity, and reliability rather than user accounts. A clean dashboard on the back-end where I can download or receive all submissions in real time (CSV and email notification preferred) will round out the workflow.

Please include:
• Development of responsive front-end pages (desktop & mobile).
• Custom form build with validation for common tax fields (numbers, dates, file attachments).
• Document upload module capped by size limit and virus scanning.
• Basic CMS or simple admin area for me to retrieve data.
• Any third-party services or libraries you intend to use for forms, storage, or security.
