2. GPS Tracking + Geofencing – live guard location, automatic clock-in/out when entering or leaving a post.
3. QR-Code / NFC Checkpoints – rapid scan or tap for proof-of-presence, even when offline.
4. Incident Reporting & Pass-down Logs – attach photos, notes, and timestamps; push instant alerts to admin.
5. Client Portal – view reports, post orders, and service history in one place.
6. In-App Messaging – one-to-one and group chat to replace scattered texts.
