"AR-Based Coffee Machine Tutorial
We all use coffee machines in our daily lives. However, first-time users often find it challenging
to operate them correctly. To make this process easier, you need to develop an Augmented
Reality (AR)-based Coffee Machine Simulator that provides an interactive step-by-step tutorial
to guide beginners through operating a coffee machine. The AR application should be able to

demonstrate the process of making coffee using a virtual coffee machine with interactive step-
by-step guidance.

Your AR tutorial should guide the user through the following steps:
1. Add Coffee Beans
Show the user how to pour coffee beans into the container located at the top of the
machine (refer to the attached video).
2. Select Coffee Type
Simulate pressing the machine’s buttons (either touch buttons or physical buttons) to
choose the desired type of coffee.
3. Simulate Coffee Preparation
Animate the flow of coffee and milk as they pour into the cup. Include realistic effects
such as steam or vapor spreading around the cup for added immersion.
4. Indicate Completion
Display a message or animation indicating that the coffee is ready to take away.
Implementation Guidelines
1. You may use text instructions, audio narration, or animated cues to guide the user at each
step.
2. You are free to design your own coffee machine with unique colors and shapes.
3. For AR setup:
• Use a real table to display the virtual coffee machine placed on it. To achieve this,
place a marker on the table to position and display the virtual coffee machine.
• Wrap a cylindrical marker around a real cup to overlay a virtual cup, where you will
