"I need a TypeScript-based plugin, The core features I’m after are:

• Edit messages already sent in any text channel
• Change a member’s username
• Swap out a member’s profile picture on demand

I’m aiming for a functional prototype that includes:
1. Well-structured TypeScript code with clear typing and comments.
2. A command interface (slash commands or context menu) to trigger each edit.
3. Optional logging stubs so I can later choose whether to record all edits, only sensitive edits, or none at all.
4. A concise README covering setup, required scopes/permissions, example environment variables, and deployment steps to a self-hosted bot or a hosting service like Heroku or Railway.

Clean, modular code is a must; future contributors should be able to extend the plugin for additional moderation tasks without refactoring the whole project." (client-provided description)
