"I need a Discord plugin / bot that lets my server’s administrators do three things—and only administrators:
1. Edit the content of any existing message (by message ID or reply).
2. Swap a member’s avatar with an image we supply.
3. Change a member’s nickname or username on demand.

Key points to build in
• Permission lock-down: every command must run a hard check for the administrator privilege; everyone else sees an error.
• Clean, modular code in either TypeScript with [login to view URL] or Python with [login to view URL]—choose whichever you’re fastest with.
• Slash-command support (or well-documented prefix commands if you prefer) plus clear help text.
• Audit logging: post a summary of every change to a dedicated #mod-log channel so nothing happens silently.
