"I’m ready to launch a new Shopify presence for my physical-product business and need someone who can take me from zero to fully operational—both online and in-store.

Scope of work
• Configure a fresh Shopify storefront, including theme installation, basic branding elements, and intuitive navigation.
• Set up Shopify POS so my retail space can share the same inventory pool and reporting dashboard as the website.
• Activate and fine-tune Inventory management to keep stock levels perfectly in sync between online orders and POS sales.
• Enable Customer reviews on product pages, styled to match the theme.
• Advise on and, if appropriate, integrate a payment gateway that fits my region and business model—I’m open to recommendations.

Deliverables
1. Live Shopify website with at least one example product fully configured.
2. POS hardware/app pairing tested and confirmed working in demo mode.
3. Written mini-guide or screen-recording that shows me how to add products, process refunds, and view reports.
4. Post-launch support for any critical issues discovered in the first week.
