Scope
• Upscale the full clip from 1080p to true 4K.
• Apply smart sharpening to bring out fine detail without halos or artifacts.
• Light noise reduction and color balance only as needed so the image stays clean and realistic.

Deliverables
• Final export in 4K (H.264 or ProRes—let me know which you prefer).
• A short before-and-after comparison so I can verify the improvements.
• Project files or clear notes on the settings you used (Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) for future reference.
