"I already have an AI-powered government-contracting app designed and proof-of-concept tested; now I need to see it in the real world. For this first milestone I want a working Progressive Web App hosted on Google Cloud, running behind my custom domain, and—most importantly—able to charge customers.

Core objective
• Stand up a live, scalable PWA on Google Cloud (App Engine, Cloud Run, or a similarly cost-effective service).
• Wire in Stripe so users can purchase a Monthly or Annual subscription and optionally add the Advanced Analytics add-on during checkout or anytime after.
• Make sure recurring billing, webhooks, and basic subscription management (upgrade, cancel) are functional.

What I’ve already prepared
• Source code for the AI engine and UI components.
• Google Cloud and Stripe accounts, plus the domain.
• Draft copy for pricing pages and emails.

Your deliverable
1. Deploy my existing code to Google Cloud with HTTPS on the custom domain.
2. Integrate Stripe Checkout or Elements for the three plans and the add-on, including webhook handling.
3. Provide clear, step-by-step deployment notes with Admin login so I can add API connections later. .

Keep the scope lean—Connect page that shows plan, renewal date, and a Manage Billing link from the Stripe Portal is enough for this sprint.
