"My WordPress site is already live, but the Home page and a specialised Global Compliance page need a fresh polish. I’m looking for someone who can move seamlessly between content editing, visual design and small-scale functionality tweaks without breaking existing themes or plugins.

Here’s what I need:
• Content Updates – swap in new copy, optimise headings, and refresh imagery where required.
• Design Changes – introduce custom graphics that feel on-brand and reorganise sections for a cleaner, more intuitive layout. I’m open to Elementor, Gutenberg blocks, or comparable builders if they speed things up.
• Functionality Enhancements – tidy up navigation, improve page-load behaviour, and add any lightweight interactive elements that support the new layout.

Acceptance criteria
1. Both pages render perfectly on desktop, tablet, and mobile with no console errors.
2. All custom graphics are compressed and delivered in modern formats (SVG/WEBP preferred).
3. Core Web Vitals remain within Google “good” thresholds after deployment.
4. Edits are carried out in a child theme or via a safe staging environment, then migrated cleanly to production.
