"My Flutter app is stuck on two roadblocks and I need a seasoned pair of hands to unblock it fast.

The project runs on the Stable channel and targets Android, iOS, and Web. After adding multi-language support with Flutter Intl, the Android release build refuses to compile. At the same time, Firebase Cloud Messaging is wired in but web notifications never arrive.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Restore a clean, working Android release build (APK/AAB), adjusting any [login to view URL], manifest, or localization settings that are tripping it up.
• Configure FCM for the web build so a test notification reaches the browser, including any required service-worker tweaks.
