"Our in-house project-management portal was recently upgraded to PHP 8 with a MariaDB backend. Since the update, one key workflow broke: when a quote is approved, the system no longer creates the corresponding project record automatically. I need that logic restored so every approved quote instantly spawns its own project entry without manual intervention.

There are roughly five to ten other small post-upgrade issues I will share once we start, but this quote-to-project automation is the most urgent. You’ll be working in a clean Git repository and have direct access to a staging server for testing.

Acceptance criteria
• Approving a quote triggers an automatic project entry with the correct relationships and default values.
• No existing approval notifications or emails are disrupted.
• All changes pass regression checks on PHP 8/MariaDB staging before merge.

If this quick engagement goes smoothly, I expect to spin off a separate, longer-term maintenance project later.

Currently there are 5 fixes that need to happen. More might come up, but for now let's assume these 5:
1. When client approves/accepts a project or a quote, we receive an email with the confirmation of the project number. But the project does not get created in EPS with the project number. It should get created with the status of 'Available' and all the details from the project / quote should be filled in.

2. Can't view the sent emails: Linguists -- Sent Email. When you click on the email subject to open the email, you get the error: '404 Not Found'

3. When a client submits a project, the start time and end time is displayed as a date. Please fix asap.

4. Scheduler Manage Requests not working

5. When translator uploads completed file into EPS it is 0 KB in size when we download it
