Project description:
"I already have the core pages for a real-estate broker website online, but the front-end still looks unfinished. I’d like you to step in, polish the presentation layer, and wire in the IDX feed so live MLS listings appear seamlessly.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Refresh the layout and overall design so it feels clean, modern, and consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Replace or optimize images and other media for faster load times without losing visual impact.
• Choose and apply web-safe typography that matches the brokerage brand, adjusting font sizes, weights, and line-heights for readability.
• Tweak background colours or textures so pages feel cohesive and professional.
• Install and configure the IDX code I’ll provide (or retrieve from the vendor portal) so the property list displays correctly on a dedicated “Listings” page and can be dropped into sidebars or other sections via shortcode or widget.
Key points:
– The back-end and basic content already exist; your focus is front-end styling plus IDX integration.
– Clean, well-commented HTML/CSS/JavaScript (or WordPress theme edits if you prefer) is expected so I can maintain it later.
– Please test in the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge before delivery.
If this sounds like your kind of project, let me know how soon you can start and share a couple of before/after site links that show similar UI upgrades you’ve handled." (client-provided description)
