"Media4u publishes innovative IT and multimedia web services. We are currently working at a sophisticated, new, geo-based, challenging project in the area of social network / events management. For this purpose development support is needed soon for a long-termed cooperation.

The Flutter front-end (client) is almost implemented already. Now the back end needs to be added by using NodeJS technology. We are looking for a freelancer that will do this with AI technology now.

Altogether the project is devided into 4 phases which should be finished efficiently:
1) Social app: Geo-based features (real-time: personality match, current event infos, driver dates) + messenger, events insertion/list, bulletin board, event link exchange, etc.
Tasks: Optimising frontend and AI supported creation of related back end.
2) Web front and admin panel: Several screens of point 1 need to be web represented as well.
3) Quiz Inquirer app: Questions. Game leader and team option. Offline & online mode. Results management. Statistic calculation.
Tasks: AI supported creation of backend from Flutter frontend.
4) Intelligent, teachable AI driven parsing algorithm to extract specific event data from web pages being recognised by their position, content and design.

For this we are looking for a professional development partner with the following key conditions:
* Extensive experiences in AI driven mobile app development
* Full-stack development by Flutter and NodeJS
* Extensive experiences in creation and training of AI models for specific search processes (event web extraction, tour guide)
* Ability to carefully read and understand project specifications and complaint lists
* SCRUM development process and phase-based payment
* Good and clear English; reliable, careful and transparent communication culture
* Independent working manner; ability to deeply understand a project idea
* calculation basis of internal hourly rate less than 13 USD/hour or very efficient implementation capabilities
