"Mini Statement of Work – Immersi RSE (Module: Boucle Verte / Warehouse Use Case)
Project Title:
Immersi RSE – Waste Management and Circular Economy (Warehouse Simulation)
Objective:
Develop a VR use case based on the warehouse environment asset provided, featuring 3 user experience levels:
Employee – awareness and behavioral training
Manager / RSE Lead – decision-making and strategy
Technician – operational and technical application
The goal is to create a photorealistic, interactive learning experience with consistent UI/UX and measurable user engagement through automatic scoring and short quizzes.
Scope of Work
The developers will:
Integrate the provided warehouse 3D asset as the base environment.
Develop three role-based scenarios (Employee / Manager / Technician) following a unified structure:
Brief / Intro Mission
Objective Display + HUD (carbon & performance indicators)
Interactive Scene (missions, choices, or manipulations)
Evaluation / Visual Feedback
Conclusion / Score & Recommendations
Implement a virtual guide (voice + avatar) providing narration and contextual feedback.
Ensure each use case lasts around 12–15 minutes per role.
Integrate dual evaluation systems:
In-game scoring based on user actions
Final mini quiz (MCQ, True/False, drag & drop)
Ensure all UI, HUD, and scoring are consistent across all roles.
Deliver a fully functional APK build for Android VR headsets.
Technical Requirements
Engine: Unreal Engine 5
Platform: Android (VR-compatible APK)
Language (V1): French (voice & text)
Language (V2): English (to be added in a future update)
Style: Photorealistic visuals (Quixel-quality), realistic lighting and sound design
File to be provided: Warehouse environment 3D asset (.uasset / .fbx package)
Expectations
Developers must respect performance optimization (LOD, texture streaming, collision simplification).
Interactions should follow Unreal’s Blueprint standard logic.
All dialogues, texts, and HUD elements must be in French (V1).
Clean and modular code to allow future updates (language packs, new modules).
The product must be export-ready APK and demo-playable without crashes.
Delivery & Review Process
A first internal build must be submitted by Thursday evening (Day 4).
The APK should run smoothly on standalone VR headsets (Meta Quest 2/3).
Feedback will be provided after testing for V1 polishing and V2 localization setup.
Ownership & Confidentiality
All work produced (code, 3D assets integration, UI) remains the property of I-OASIS / IFFEN under the Immersi RSE program.
Developers must ensure data confidentiality and not reuse the environment or code base for other projects." (client-provided description)
