Our experienced developers work on diverse projects — from startups to enterprise systems — and we often participate in client interviews and onboarding for long-term roles.

We’re looking for a confident Interview Specialist with a technical background to represent our team during client interviews and meetings.

Responsibilities:

Join and lead client interviews using our provided profiles and materials.

Communicate technical expertise clearly and professionally.

Optionally join ongoing client meetings (e.g., stand-ups or technical calls).

Coordinate with the team before and after interviews.

Requirements:

Fluent English (spoken & written).

1+ year of experience in software engineering or web development.

Strong grasp of technical concepts and client expectations.

Reliable, confident, and available for calls in North American/European time zones.

Details:

Part-time (10–15 hrs/week), remote.
