"I need a straightforward WordPress plugin that drops a contact-style form onto any page via shortcode and gathers only the essentials for a car-shipping quote:

• Pickup location
• Delivery location
• Preferred shipping date

Standard styling is fine—no theme-matching or custom CSS from you unless it’s required for basic usability. The key is clean code that can be installed on multiple WordPress sites without extra tweaks.

Core requirements
• Shortcode or Gutenberg block insertion
• Server-side validation and reCAPTCHA or equivalent spam protection
• Confirmation email to the customer and notification email to our quotes inbox
• Dashboard list view so staff can see, search, and export submissions
• Well-commented code and a brief install/user guide

Nice-to-have (leave hooks in place if possible)
• Ability to turn on additional fields such as “Vehicle details” later without breaking anything
