"I need a mobile social network built from the ground up and ready for both iOS and Android. The core idea is to let users create profiles, connect with friends, share posts (text, images, short videos), and chat in real-time.

Scope
• UI/UX: Clean, modern interface that feels familiar to mainstream social apps yet carries its own visual identity.
• Authentication: Email, phone, and social sign-in (Google, Apple, Facebook).
• Feed & Posts: Infinite-scroll timeline showing text, photos, and videos with likes, comments, and basic content moderation.
• Messaging: One-to-one and group chats with push notifications.
• Basic Admin Panel: Web-based dashboard to manage users, reported content, and analytics snapshots.

Tech preferences
I’m open to React Native or Flutter for a single codebase, plus Firebase or a similarly quick back-end so we can iterate fast. If you have a stronger stack you prefer, outline why it’s better for long-term scaling.
