"I’m ready to commission a purpose-built safety management platform that brings every critical HSE workflow into one place. The core build must cover these essentials from day one:

• Incident tracking with the ability to log events, attach evidence, set corrective actions, and follow them through to closure.
• Robust document loading and downloading so policies, SDS sheets, photos, and investigation files are always version-controlled and easy to retrieve.
• A real-time employee safety dashboard that surfaces leading indicators and high-risk trends at a glance.
• Integrated risk assessment and compliance monitoring to keep us audit-ready at all times.
• Online inspection safety audit module that lets supervisors complete checklists in the field (desktop and mobile), assign follow-ups, and generate PDF reports automatically.
• Training compliance and matrix so we can map every worker’s required certifications, track renewals, and flag gaps.
• Full incident investigation workflow—root-cause tools, evidence attachments, and corrective-action tracking—tied back into the main incident log.

I’d like the initial delivery to be a functional, user-friendly prototype that my team can test in a live environment. This includes a clean front end, a secure database, user role management, and an admin layer for configuration. After we validate the core modules, we’ll iterate on UI polish, reporting refinements, and any integration hooks (e.g., Power BI, email alerts).
