Your tasks
• Develop a functional Spectrum Handoff Management Tool in Python. It must carry out automated spectrum analysis, trigger handoff decisions in real time, and present channel-congestion data on a clear dashboard. Well-commented code and a short README are essential so I can reproduce every step.
• Document the tool’s architecture, algorithms, and experimental setup in a new “System Design” section that fits seamlessly with the material I have already drafted.
• Supply any additional figures or screenshots generated by the tool for inclusion in the results.
• Write a concise, insight-driven conclusion that ties the findings back to the research questions and outlines future work.
• Proof-read and polish the existing manuscript for flow, technical accuracy, and citation consistency.
