WINMUNCH is an online platform designed to host and manage BGMI tournaments in a fully automated and professional manner. The system is tailored for mobile-first users and integrates modern web forms, Google Sheets, Razorpay, and certificate generation technologies, all customized to match the unique black-golden-silver "gold coin" branding of WINMUNCH.

The project solves the hassle of manual registrations, payment tracking, participant communication, and certificate issuance by introducing a complete end-to-end automated workflow.

Key Objectives:
Collect tournament registrations via a branded online form embedded on Blogger.

Dynamically calculate fees based on challenge slot & number of players.

Collect payments via Razorpay and automatically store all responses in Google Sheets.

Generate auto-hosted, real-time certificates with branding and countdown features.

Automate tournament credentials reveal based on time.

Offer admin-level controls to verify, update, and delete certificates.

System Components:
1. Registration Form (Hosted on Blogger):
Styled to match WINMUNCH brand (Black, Golden, Silver with Gold Coin Theme).

Responsive across mobile and desktop.

Fields include: Name, Email, Phone, Game Mode, Challenge Slot, Player IDs, UPI ID, etc.

Dynamic Total Calculation based on player count and challenge slot.

Integrated Razorpay payment gateway (test/live mode switchable).

On payment success, data is stored in Google Sheet.

2. Google Sheet Database (Backend):
All form data gets stored here.

Admin columns for:

Admin Verified (Column M): Marks tournament completion.

Cross Checked (Column N): Deletes the certificate permanently.

Cell P1 stores the tournament date and time in the format dd/mm/yyyy ;; hh-mm-ss.

3. Certificate System (Auto-Hosted Web Certificate):
Each participant gets a unique certificate URL.

Challenge slot

Payment info

Countdown timer

WINMUNCH branding

Room ID & Password auto-reveal 10 minutes before tournament start.

Post-event, if Column M is checked:

Certificate updates to show:

4. Email System (Dual Provider Failover):
Primary Email API: Brevo (SMTP/API)

Secondary Email API: Elastic Email (fallback)

If both fail, Google Apps Script sends from backup email.

Emails include registration confirmation and certificate link.

Admin Features:
Manual checkbox control for verification & deletion.

Real-time updates to certificate based on sheet changes.

Fully automated without manual HTML edits.
