"Role Overview
You will lead the optimization of our Microsoft ecosystem—integrating AI tools, enhancing automation, and ensuring seamless synchronization across platforms like Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
• Audit and optimize existing Microsoft tools and workflows
• Integrate AI features (Copilot, Azure AI, Power Automate) for smarter operations
• Ensure synchronization across Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and other apps
• Build and maintain automation flows for documentation, approvals, and reporting
• Provide training and documentation for internal teams
• Collaborate with leadership to align tech with operational goals
Required Qualifications
• Microsoft Certified (Azure AI Engineer, Power Platform Expert, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments
• Hands-on with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Teams
• Familiarity with AI integration and Copilot features
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Able to translate technical setups into user-friendly workflows
• Experience in security or manpower services domain is a plus
