"I need an end-to-end Android application that delivers real-time cricket and basketball coverage right out of the gate, with football to be added in a later sprint.

Core scope for this first release
• Live scores fed through a reliable sports data API (I’m open to Sports Entity or any alternative you prefer).
• Player statistics and match schedules in the same feed, displayed in an intuitive tabbed layout.
• Secure user accounts using email-and-password authentication; data must be stored safely and comply with standard Android best practices.

I’ve recorded a short walkthrough video illustrating the desired user flow and screen hierarchy. You’ll receive the link as soon as we start the conversation. No UI has been designed yet, so you’ll need to create the complete UX/UI and hand over editable Figma files alongside the build.

Deliverables
1. Interactive wireframes and final UI designs for the Android app.
2. Production-ready Android source code (Kotlin preferred, Java acceptable).
3. API integration layer with clear documentation and environment variables for easy key rotation.
4. Basic admin or script to refresh fixtures and player data on demand.
