"I’m building a Single Page Application in Angular 2+ and need a sharp frontend specialist to move the project from rough screens to a polished, working interface. The scope is focused strictly on the client-side; all backend APIs are already in place.

What I need from you:
• Set up a clean Angular 2+ codebase (CLI, routing, basic state management).
• Convert my existing wireframes into responsive components using modern Angular patterns and SCSS.
• Integrate the finished components with the provided REST endpoints and handle basic error states.
• Deliver concise documentation so I can extend the code later.

This is an initial engagement aimed at getting a functional, good-looking prototype online quickly. If we click, there’s potential for continued feature work, but for now I’m keeping the brief tight so we stay within scope.
