"I manage my own website but have limited html experiance. Im wanting someone to help with on going support and changes. Initially I’m looking to freshen up the header of my existing WordPress site. The current theme stays in place; I simply want a cleaner, more modern layout that feels cohesive on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Here’s what I need:
• Design and implement a new header that retains the present navigation links while improving spacing, alignment, and responsiveness.
• Genral update of certain parts of the website of which I will supply forther details.
• Test across major browsers to confirm nothing breaks.

CSS tweaks, PHP template edits, and comfort with typical WordPress page-builder blocks will all come into play. A quick visual mock-up before you dive into code is welcome, but the end goal is the live, functioning header published on the site." (client-provided description)
