"I need a working captive-portal solution that lets my visitors hop onto free Wi-Fi through a quick WhatsApp OTP check, then shows a Google Ad Manager placement before granting full internet access.

Scope and core tasks
• Configure my MikroTik router’s Hotspot so it redirects first-time users to a branded landing page.

• Build the registration/login flow: user enters mobile number, receives a WhatsApp message containing a one-time code, and is logged in after successful verification. No email flow is required—WhatsApp OTP is the only authentication step.

• After successful verification, the system automatically creates a Wi-Fi user account in the MikroTik router (via API or RADIUS) with a 1 GB data quota.

• When the user consumes 500 MB, the system should automatically redirect the user to a Google Ad page before resuming internet access.

After 1 GB usage, the account should expire or prompt for Use Another Number.

Core Requirements:

MikroTik RouterOS integration (Hotspot + API or RADIUS).
Google Ad trigger after data usage threshold (must comply with AdSense policies).
Admin panel or dashboard to monitor users, data usage, and ad display logs.
Option to extend data packs or re-authenticate users.

Technical expectations
• You may use PHP, Node.js or any lightweight script that can run on a small VPS or directly on the MikroTik if feasible.
• The script must create or update hotspot users automatically, set session limits I define, and log basic analytics (time connected, MAC, phone number).
• Clean, responsive HTML/CSS for the captive pages.
• Provide step-by-step deployment notes so I can replicate the setup on additional MikroTik units.

Deliverables
1. Complete hotspot configuration export (.rsc) and web files.
2. Source code for the WhatsApp OTP module with clear API keys placeholders.
3. Google Ad Manager placement integrated and tested.
4. PDF mini-guide covering installation, dependencies and troubleshooting.

A functional demo on your test router or server is the acceptance test. Feel free to suggest incremental improvements, but keep the first delivery focused on getting a reliable, user-friendly system online quickly." (client-provided description)
