Core scope for this phase
• User registration secured by email and SMS verification, followed by a simple KYC form visible in the admin panel.
• Custodial wallet module so users can deposit, withdraw and transfer BTC, ETH and other major coins.
• Live market feed pulled from the Binance or CoinMarketCap API.
• Spot Buy/Sell screen that executes market orders (no order book or leverage yet).
• Lightweight admin dashboard to view users, approve KYC and monitor transactions.
• INR payment gateway integration for deposits and withdrawals.
• Clean, modern UI/UX that remains consistent across mobile (React Native or Flutter) and a responsive web front end.
