"Job Description for Fiverr: Unity App Skeleton (UI Toolkit, Dark Theme)

I need a professional desktop app skeleton built in Unity (UI Toolkit) — not a full application, just the structure and UI framework. The project must look professional, function smoothly, and be ready for future logic integration.

Target Platforms: Windows & macOS
Unity Version: 2022 or newer

Requirements:
1. Main Menu (Top Bar)
Include menus like File, Edit, View, Window, and Help — with standard options (New, Open, Save, Undo, Redo, Preferences, Reset Layout, Theme Toggle, etc.). Each should show keyboard shortcuts and be clickable (even if they only trigger placeholder commands).
2. Toolbar (Icons + Text)
A secondary toolbar below the menu bar, with grouped buttons that mirror menu options (e.g. New, Open, Save, Undo, Redo, etc.), each with tooltips and icons.
3. Keyboard Shortcuts
Full support for keyboard shortcuts on both Windows and macOS (e.g. Ctrl/⌘+S for Save, Ctrl/⌘+N for New, Ctrl/⌘+P for Command Palette, etc.).
4. Tabs System
• New tab button (“+”)
• Tab naming (user input on creation)
• Rename via double-click
• Close via “×” button
• Unsaved indicator (•)
• Each tab should have its own internal state
5. Panels & Layout
• Left: Hierarchy panel (placeholder)
