"I have a brand-new homepage designed in Figma for my on-demand alcohol and snack delivery site, and I need it reproduced inside our existing Laravel codebase—pixel for pixel.

Scope and key points
• Match the Figma layout exactly on desktop and tablet, with sensible flexibility on the tiniest breakpoints so nothing feels cramped.
• Build clean Blade, SCSS/JS (or Vue/Alpine if you prefer) that follows Laravel conventions and is clearly commented for future upkeep.
• Recreate the specified button hover effects and subtle image animations; timing and easing must feel as smooth as the prototype.
• Keep load times snappy by leaning on Laravel’s built-in optimization tools (mix, cache, route/view caching, etc.) and best practices for asset bundling.
• Make sure the finished page scores well in Lighthouse and feels as quick as DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, or Saucey.

Deliverables
1. Updated Blade template(s) and any supporting components/partials.
2. Compiled and uncompiled SCSS/JS assets.
3. Clear install/update notes so I can pull, run `composer install` / `npm run prod`, and see the new homepage live.
4. Brief read-me outlining which sections were given breakpoint tweaks and why.
