Scope
• Native apps for iOS and Android built with a shared codebase (React Native, Flutter, or a comparable cross-platform framework—open to your recommendation).
• Core screens: onboarding, dual-role sign-up (barber or shop owner), chair listings with photos and day-rate, calendar-based booking flow, in-app chat/notifications, and a Stripe-powered payment gateway so funds move seamlessly from barber to owner.
• Essential features:
– User profiles for both roles, including license photo upload and portfolio images.
– Real-time reservation and booking system with availability management.
– Ratings and reviews after each completed guest spot.

Deliverables
1. Clickable prototype or wireframes to confirm UX.
2. Production-ready iOS and Android builds published to TestFlight / internal track.
