"I’m building Touch, a streamlined wallet that lets supporters send money directly to our NGO. The entire focus is on fast, transparent donation processing, so the build has to feel as easy as any modern checkout while keeping data absolutely secure.

Payment flows
• Accept credit and debit cards out of the box, ideally through a PCI-compliant gateway such as Stripe or Adyen.
• Offer direct bank transfer, with automatic reconciliation so our accountants can match incoming gifts to campaigns.
(We’d like the architecture to be flexible enough to plug in digital wallets later, but that is not in scope for this milestone.)

Security requirements
• Two-factor authentication for every donor profile and for high-value transactions.
• End-to-end encryption of all payment details, stored and in transit.
• A real-time fraud-detection layer to flag suspicious activity before funds settle.

Core deliverables
1. Responsive web or mobile app (your call—just justify the stack) that walks a donor from “Give now” to confirmation in under a minute.
2. Admin panel where staff can see live totals, export CSVs, and manually trigger refunds.
3. Clean, well-commented codebase plus deployment scripts so we can spin up staging and production with minimal hand-holding.
4. Brief hand-off session and documentation covering API keys, environment variables, and any licensing.
