"I need a fully-functional news portal built under the brand “Loknyay News.” The site’s core purpose is to publish and manage local news quickly and reliably, so the set-up must let my small editorial team add stories, photos and videos without any technical hurdles.

Here’s what matters most to me:

• Structure built specifically for a Marathi local-news outlet—clear category pages (politics, civic issues, culture, sports, etc.), an eye-catching homepage layout that surfaces breaking stories, and space for sponsored content banners.
• A CMS I can maintain myself. WordPress with a lightweight news theme is fine, but I’m open to any platform that supports multilingual plugins and future scalability.
• Mobile-first, responsive design; most of our readers use phones.
• Fast page load, basic on-page SEO (schema for articles, meta tags ready), and social-share buttons that pull the correct headline and image.
• User roles for Editor, Reporter and Contributor, each with the right publishing permissions.
• Google Analytics 4 and Search Console connected on launch.
• Delivered ASAP—ideally within the next week—so please quote only if you can start immediately and work fast.
