"About the Project
Deck’d is a premium holiday decoration startup for homeowners.

Clients upload a photo of their home, describe their decoration style, and receive AI-generated mock-ups showing how their house would look decorated. If they like the design, Deck’d handles everything from sourcing to installation and storage.

The long-term goal is to grow Deck’d into a full home and interior design platform where users can redesign spaces using AI and shop the items directly.
Right now, we are focused on building the MVP. A clean, conversational web experience that proves the core concept.

A full-screen, chat-based web experience where users talk to an AI design assistant step by step.
This will not be a small chatbot in the corner. The conversation will take over the whole page like a modern, immersive app.

The flow should feel like this:
User receives a welcome message offering 3 free AI mock-ups of their home.
User uploads a front-facing photo of their home.
User describes their style, colors, and budget or uploads inspiration photos.
AI generates 3 realistic décor mock-ups.
User views the mock-ups (Free or Premium).
User can request one free edit.
User connects with an agent for manual quote and booking.
User pays deposit through Stripe.
User gets installation confirmation and a pre-install checklist.

Everything happens in one smooth, cinematic experience with animations, progress steps, and a premium feel.
