"Hi there!

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a custom race registration system for my timing business, Split Second Timing. The system will be offered as a service to multiple race organisers, and needs to be scalable, secure, and easy to use.

Project Overview:
• Platform: WordPress (hosted on my subdomain [login to view URL])
• Goal: Allow participants to register for races while keeping each organiser’s event separate and branded.
• The system must support multi-runner registration per account and automatically allocate unique bib numbers per participant/event.

Key Requirements:

1. Multi-Client / Event Setup
• Each organiser should have a unique URL:
• [login to view URL][organiser]
• Only participants registered for that organiser’s event can see and access that event.
• Admin backend should allow me to create and manage all events, while maintaining privacy between organisers.

2. Participant Accounts & Multi-Runner Registration
• Participants can create an account or log in.
• One account can register multiple runners for the same event.
• Each runner receives a unique bib number automatically assigned per event.
• Participants can view/update registrations via a dashboard.

3. Payment Processing
• Integrated Stripe or PayPal payments.
• One transaction per registration batch.
• Include service fee handling (manual calculation for now is fine).

4. Email / Notifications
• Confirmation emails for participant and optionally each runner.
• Dashboard access for participants to see registrations and bib numbers.

5. Admin Backend
• Centralized dashboard for admin to manage events, runners, payments.
• Export participant lists, bib numbers, and reports per event.

6. Optional Features (nice to have)
• QR code generation for bibs
• Automated reminder emails

Deliverables:
• Fully functional WordPress site with the above features.
• Documentation for adding new organisers/events.
• Instructions for maintaining participant dashboards and payment setup.
