"I already have a live WordPress site, full Property Finder API credentials, and the official docs. What I need now is a developer who can turn those ingredients into a smooth, mobile-friendly property catalogue that updates directly from the API.

Your job is to build (or extend) a WordPress plugin or child-theme component that:

• Connects securely to the Property Finder API with my key and secret.
• Pulls all authorised listings in real time (or on a scheduled cache you recommend), including images, prices, bedroom count, and full property details.
• Displays the listings in an attractive grid and single-listing view that inherits my theme styling and looks great on phones as well as desktop.
• Adds fast search and filter controls for Category, Price, and Bedrooms so visitors can narrow results instantly without page reloads.

On completion I expect:

• A fully working front-end on my site showing live Property Finder data.
• The complete, well-commented source code packaged for easy re-installation.
• Straightforward, step-by-step instructions covering how I can adjust API keys, change filter defaults, and update/maintain the solution.

Because the site is WordPress, solid PHP and WP plugin experience is essential, and previous work on real-estate or listing platforms will help you hit the ground running.
