"Looking for an individual who can create a website for Eq Express, an on-demand delivery platform for the equestrian community, serving riders, grooms, and customers at high-end horse shows (such as Wellington International).

Think DoorDash meets the horse show world—we are starting with the delivery of food and beverages directly to the customers location(whether it's in the barn, a ring, or their stall) using golf carts. (eventually later on down the road will delivery rider gear and horse tack). We are only working on the showgrounds.

We are seeking a skilled web developer or team to build a mobile-optimized website that replicates the functionality of popular food delivery apps—but tailored to equestrian event logistics.

Project Scope & Features:
Customer-Facing Website
-Mobile-first responsive design
-Easy-to-use UI for browsing vendors, menus, and categories
-Real-time GPS tracking of orders & delivery cart
-Customer order placement (similar to DoorDash or UberEats)
-Pin code confirmation at delivery
-Order history, estimated delivery time, and live status updates

Vendor Integration
-Individual vendor dashboards
-Add/edit menus, products, pricing, hours
-Receive and manage incoming orders
-Daily/weekly sales summary and analytics
-POS integration (Cloud POS, Legacy POS and possibly no POS system)—must discuss API compatibility)

Delivery Driver Dashboard
-Assign orders
-GPS-enabled real-time route optimization (within event grounds)
-Stall or barn drop-off location notes
-PIN verification to confirm delivery with the customer

Admin Backend
-Add/manage vendors
-Analytics: orders, revenue, delivery times, top-selling items
-Push announcements or alerts to vendors and drivers
