Project description:
"I have an existing Excel workbook that already performs all the underlying calculations I need. What I am after now is a web-based version of that custom calculator so users can enter their own inputs online and immediately see both the numeric results and a clear visual summary.
Key points you should know
• The logic and formulas are finished inside Excel; your task is to replicate that behaviour on the web.
• Results must be displayed in two ways: traditional tables for precise figures and accompanying charts for quick insight.
• If you prefer JavaScript (e.g., React, Vue, plain vanilla), Python with a lightweight framework, or another modern stack, I’m open—just keep the final experience fast, responsive, and easy to embed in an existing site.
Deliverables
1. Web page (or small app) that mirrors the Excel calculations exactly.
2. Dynamic tables that update as soon as the user changes any input.
3. Automatically generated charts reflecting the same data set.
4. Clean, well-commented code so I can maintain or extend it later.
Acceptance criteria
• Numerical outputs match the original spreadsheet for a set of test cases I will supply.
• Tables and charts render correctly on current versions of Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
• No external dependencies that require a paid licence.
If you’ve turned spreadsheets into interactive web tools before, especially with chart libraries like [login to view URL], D3, or ApexCharts, your experience will be a great fit. Share a link or screenshot of something comparable you’ve built and we can get started right away." (client-provided description)
