"I need a working MVP of an online B2B platform that links Cleints with pre-verified marine service vendors around the globe. For this first release I only require the core workflows to be in place, presented through clean, responsive dashboards.

Client dashboard must let a user:
• Post RFQs
• Compare vendor quotations side-by-side
• Track the service progress once a job is awarded

Vendor dashboard must enable:
• Viewing and responding to incoming RFQs
• Managing their listed services (edit descriptions, pricing, availability)
• Updating progress so clients can follow each stage

Admin dashboard must cover:
• Managing user roles and permissions
• Monitoring overall platform activity
• Approving or verifying new vendors before they go live

Scope for this phase is intentionally lean—authentication, the three dashboards above, and a simple notification or email trigger when key actions occur are enough. I’m flexible on the tech stack as long as the code is clean, documented, and deployable to a standard cloud host. Responsive UI/UX is essential, but it can follow a basic component library to keep things efficient.

Deliverables:
1. Source code for front-end and back-end
2. Database schema or migration files
3. Brief setup guide so I can run the MVP locally or on my server
4. A short demo video or live link showing each dashboard flow in action
