"I’m looking for a skilled developer–designer who can create a modern, high-converting informational website aimed at plumbers and other tradies. The goal is to build a clean, mobile-friendly, trustworthy online presence that helps these small businesses get found on Google and convert visitors into phone calls or inquiries.

Scope of Work

Structure:

Core pages: Home, Services Offered, About Us, Contact, plus any utility pages (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, 404 page).

Optional sections: Testimonials, Service Areas, and a small “Why Choose Us” block to add credibility.

Design Style:

Clean lines and minimal clutter, using modern typography, bold CTAs, and professional imagery that resonates with a hands-on audience (tradies, small business owners).

Should look trustworthy, practical, and local rather than overly corporate.

The layout should be consistent, visually balanced, and optimized for both desktop and mobile.

Core Features:

Fully mobile-responsive and fast-loading (ideally under 2.5s).

On-page SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, H1–H3 tags, alt text).

Google-friendly contact form with spam protection (reCAPTCHA or similar).

Click-to-call phone number visible on every page.

Social links and Google Maps embed for address visibility.

Basic analytics integration (Google Analytics or GA4).

Tech Stack:

WordPress (Elementor, Bricks, or other lightweight builders preferred) or another CMS that’s easy to maintain and update.

Must be easy for me or the client to update text, images, and service info later.

Clean, documented structure — no unnecessary plugins or code bloat.

Deliverables

Wireframe and design mockups for approval before development.

Functional staging site for review and revisions.

Final live deployment on client domain with SSL and hosting setup.

Handover guide (short PDF or video) explaining how to edit text and images.
