"I need my existing B2C and B2B sites moved from a niche, independent British platform to either Shopify or Magento. The new builds must mirror every custom function already in place and feel seamless to current users while opening the door to future growth.

Core scope
• Replicate all front-end and back-office features currently live, including the unique B2B tool-set.
• Connect both stores to our ERP and WMS so product data, stock levels, pricing, orders, shipping updates and invoices flow in real time without manual touch points.
• Deliver rock-solid B2B functionality: bulk order capability, customer-specific pricing, corporate account management and the automatic creation of invoice records that feed straight back into the ERP.

I will supply full access to the present codebase, API documentation for the ERP/WMS, and a page-by-page features list. Clean URL structures, SEO equity and customer data must be preserved during migration.

Acceptance is straightforward: when a customer (retail or trade) can place an order from search through checkout, the ERP reflects it instantly, warehouse picks it automatically, and account managers can bill or credit exactly as they do now—only faster.
