"I deliver live tutoring sessions on WhatsApp and want my students to see a pre-recorded lesson playing behind me while we talk. I’m looking for a straightforward way to set a pre-recorded video as the background of a WhatsApp video call—similar to how virtual cameras work—so the call still feels live but the content showing is controlled.

Core need
• On any WhatsApp video call, swap my real-time camera feed with a pre-recorded educational video that plays automatically in the background.
• The switch should be seamless to the viewer; they join the call and immediately see the video content without extra steps on their side.

Your task
1. Provide a lightweight solution (script, OBS + VirtualCam setup, Android/iOS workaround, or a small desktop utility—whichever is simplest and reliable) that lets me select and play a local MP4 as the live camera feed for WhatsApp.
2. Supply clear, step-by-step instructions and screenshots so a non-technical user can replicate the setup on Windows (macOS guidance is a plus).
3. Include a brief test demonstration—either a screen-recording or short call showing the video successfully streamed as the background.

Acceptance criteria
• WhatsApp recognises the feed and shows the full video without stutter for at least a five-minute test call.
• Audio from the video can remain muted; my live microphone must still transmit.
• No additional paid licences beyond common free tools.
