"My shop-maintenance app already runs on both iOS and Android. I now need a straightforward way to send receipts to a mobile, handheld thermal printer over Bluetooth.

What I’m after is a lean, drop-in module (or clear sample project) that:
• discovers a paired Bluetooth thermal printer,
• connects reliably, and
• prints a simple text receipt (logo line, item list, totals).

Any recent mobile printer model is acceptable—Brother, Epson, Zebra or similar—so please keep the code flexible enough to swap SDKs or adjust command sets.

Please deliver:
• source code for both platforms,
• a short setup guide showing where to wire the calls into my existing checkout flow, and
• one test receipt that proves connectivity.

Keep the solution lightweight; no fancy UI changes, just the essential printing logic I can build on later." (client-provided description)
