"I’m looking for a developer who can build a functional prototype of a cross-platform mobile app for both iOS and Android. The app’s purpose is straightforward: let users top up their phones and settle routine household bills in one place.

Core functionality I need:
• Mobile recharge
• Utility bill payment (electricity, water, gas, etc.)
• DTH recharge

Sign-in should be quick and modern, so social-media authentication (Google, Facebook or similar) is required.

I expect a clean UI that guides new users smoothly from login to payment, along with a working back-end or third-party API integration that actually processes the transactions in a sandbox/test mode for now. Source code, brief setup instructions, and basic documentation on how to add more payment types later will round out the hand-off.
