PROJECT OVERVIEW:
I'm looking for an experienced Unreal Engine 5 developer to complete and polish a VR/Desktop interview training application. The project is approximately 60-70% complete but needs an expert to finish, debug, and deliver a production-ready build.

CURRENT STATUS:
The app is built in Unreal Engine 5.5 and includes:

Basic VR and desktop environment setup
UI screens and flow (partially complete)
ConvAI integration for AI-driven conversations (partial)
Interview scenarios framework
MetaHuman avatars

WHAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED:
Phase 1: Assessment (Week 1)

Review existing codebase and assess quality
Identify what's salvageable vs. what needs rebuilding
Provide detailed assessment report with recommendations
Create revised timeline and milestone plan

Phase 2: Core Development (Weeks 2-4)

Complete resume upload feature (PDF/DOC/DOCX parsing)
Finish ConvAI integration for natural conversation
Integrate GPT-4 API for feedback generation
Complete interview flow (receptionist → interview → feedback)
Implement both candidate and interviewer training modes
Add session data export (PDF/JSON)

Phase 3: Polish & Delivery (Weeks 5-6)

Desktop version optimization (priority)
VR version for Meta Quest (secondary)
Bug fixes and performance optimization
UX/UI polish
Testing across different hardware
Final delivery with documentation

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
CRITICAL - Do not apply if you don't meet these:

3+ years of Unreal Engine development experience
Portfolio showing COMPLETED UE5 projects (not tutorials or WIP)
VR development experience (Meta Quest/Oculus)
API integration experience (REST APIs, HTTP requests in Unreal)
Experience taking over and completing others' code
Available to start immediately (within 7 days)
Can work US time zones or overlap significantly

NICE TO HAVE:

ConvAI or similar conversational AI integration experience
GPT-4/OpenAI API integration experience
Training/education software development background
C++ and Blueprint expertise
Previous EdTech or HR Tech projects

DELIVERABLES:
Week 1:

Code review and assessment report
Revised project plan with milestones
Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Week 3:

Working desktop build with core features functional
Mid-project demo and status update

Week 6:

Final production-ready desktop build
VR build for Meta Quest
Complete source code (organized and commented)
Technical documentation
User guide for basic operation

PROJECT DETAILS:
Timeline: 6 weeks from start date
Start Date: November 5, 2025 (or sooner)
Work Type: Full-time for 6 weeks (can be remote)
PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

20% - After assessment report and project plan approval
30% - Desktop build with core features working
30% - VR build and polish complete
20% - Final delivery with all documentation

IMPORTANT NOTES:
This is NOT a project for beginners. I need someone who can hit the ground running, assess existing code professionally, and deliver a production-ready product in 6 weeks.

Portfolio is required. Show me completed UE5 projects, not courses or tutorials you've taken.
