"I’m building a cross-platform recruitment app and need a React Native expert who can take it from wireframe to a functional prototype and Finally Production for both iOS and Android.

Core scope
• Job listings – searchable, filterable, and location-aware.
• Applicant tracking – recruiters must be able to shortlist, move candidates through stages, and leave notes.
• Resume upload – PDF/Doc import plus in-app preview for job seekers and recruiters.
• Working & payments – once a hire is made, the app should log work hours and trigger in-app payments.

User roles
• Job Seekers – browse jobs, apply, track status.
• Recruiters – post openings, manage candidates, handle payouts.
• Admin – oversee listings, users, and transactional logs.

What I expect
– React Native codebase that compiles cleanly on Xcode and Android Studio.
– Moderate UI polish following platform guidelines (Material / iOS Cupertino where appropriate).
– Integration with a backend of your choice (Firebase, Supabase, or a Node/Express REST API) for auth, data storage, and secure payment processing.
– Clear documentation and handoff so I can extend features later.
